「Had unwanted roaches in the room. Door was not secured properly, warm water only never reached hot, no cable was Roku tv only had to have staff set wifi, needed wifi password for phone and was refused access. During check in we were ran down with massive rules and ways of them keeping your $100 deposit. None which were mentioned on Expedia. Towels exchange once a week only. We could not even enjoy the stay due to walking on eggshells to accommodate the sergeant hotel staff.」

「Outside building looks great. Security was good. Room was as follows mattress and pillows wore out, blinds broke, shower doesn't work properly, mirror in bathroom needs replaced, floors chip up, no hair drawer, shampoo, or conditioner, available in room. Have to go to desk to get anything. Such an inconvenience. No wake up calls available. Bathroom floor needs a good scrubbing Thank You」

「Excellent customer service, room super clean, and breakfast a plus. Could have better selection of food but overall great」

「Very nice place. Bed was a little bit uncomfortable-felt like the mattress was older. It wasn’t super obvious where the front door to the property is so that could be done a little better. But overall a nice stay. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. I was a bit concerned when I arrived that it would be noisy in my room, given the busy street and Interstate nearby but I couldn’t hear any sort of noise from the outside.」

「great stay!」

「Rooms and staff were great. Pool was nice for the kids.」

「The lobby looks just like the photos. The hotel is spacious, has a nice gym and sauna, and even though I didn't use the pool, it was spacious and looked inviting. The room was great, and the A/C was great. The food at the restaurant was very good and the drinks at the bar were delicious. They have a coffee/breakfast spot too which served great breakfast sandwiches.」
