"It was so nice and the people were so helpful!"

"We loved the pool at this property as well as location close to the beach access and walkable to shopping and the peer. The room was adorable as well! The only complaint is we called weeks in advance to assure we could list for early check in when we arrived very early. We arrived early and got contradicting responses every time we checked back on checking in early and paying a fee for it. On check out we heard another family told the same thing as us about being on an early check in list. When the family stepped away we heard a staff member tell the other staff that no one will get to check in until all rooms are ready and clean. Seems like poor communication and Buisness practice to make another staff out to be diss honest on what they just told a family. Other than that I highly recommend this property. "

"The location was perfect, pool was great! Our room was beautiful even though we had problems with our outlets and TV maintenance came and fixed all concerns promptly. Hotel staff we friendly and professional. One suggestion is to have a restroom outside near the pool."

"Very nice room set up- We had a King. Everything was clean, bed comfortable. We had a free shuttle back and forth to airport and even though their breakfast bar didn't open until 6:00am. They had coffee, muffins, bagels and juice ready for early travelers heading to airport on their 4:00am shuttle. Very impressed. The only thing that should be upgraded is the carpet in the hallways. We were on the fourth floor and the first thing that greets you as you walk out of elevator was dingy, less than fresh smelling carpet. It had us worried as we walked to our room. But when we opened the door we were very relieved to see a fresh clean very well appointed hotel room. Perhaps being the end of winter the hall carpet just hasn't been addressed yet for spring cleaning. Overall it was a great stay, great price for the quick overnight room we needed close to the airport. Would definitely stay again. "

"Love the fact that you can get a shuttle from the hotel if you’re getting on one of the cruises. "
