「The Spectrum Resort townhome was excellent! We loved every minute of our stay there. We also had Mobile Spa come to the townhome while we were staying there. It was fabulous! We plan to return! One request is to stock extra blankets.」

「We were a family of four who stayed for a week in March 2024. The location is great, we walked to Universal on one of our days, so if you're energetic - you can walk and save on an Uber/Lyft/Taxi. Most days we took an Uber and the prices were very good since the location is so close to Universal. The apartment was very clean and it had everything that we needed to cook some of our meals. 「The facility was convenient for driving to the theme parks. Traffic was a minor problem, particularly on the ride home. The host should let lessees know to bring their own coffee filters and coffee. There was a coffee maker but nothing to prepare a pot of coffee.」

「Place was very clean, nice area, very comfortable bed. Very basic kitchen suppies. A dresser and some end tables would be nice and a bit more communication would have been nice. No hot tub at the complex, no instructions on accessing the pool. Nice neighbors and very dog friendly area. Overall a nice place to stay, a few small improvements would make it even better.」

「Mike's place sits right on a Lake hidden by a tall fence and large drive through gate, which really made us feel safe and secure. Its a nice bungalow with an incredible lawn, A Adirondike Chairs on the beach sand and between beautiful plam trees! Plenty of Privacy to watch sunrises and Sunsets on the boat dock! 「Overall the unit was very nice. We were a group of 6 and did not feel cramped. The blinds in the living room offered no privacy and need to be replaced. Also the kitchen could be a bit more stocked with items (ie baking sheet) but for basic items was well stocked.」
