"Every was Good! "

"While the hotel was clean it was probably one of the worst stays I have ever had. Check in was at 4 and my room was not ready until 7pm and my daughter’s room was not ready until midnight. The elevator on the wing we stayed in did not work so I had to walk 3 other wings just to get to the wing for my room. Once is did get to my room I realized there was not one wash cloth in my room. I did however receive a $50 voucher for food at an onsite restaurant but our food never came after 1hr. The waitress advises that our order was never put in the kitchen. Once our food finally comes from the kitchen it was wrong. They still charged our party full price with no apologies solution to fix the issue. I will say for the money we spent to stay here did not match the experiences. 0/10 would not recommend. "

"It was so cutesy and close to everything. Wish I could have stayed longer. The lazy river looked cool and the mini golf."

"Clean room. Furnishings a little outdated. Older hotel, but we'll maintained. Interaction with staff was excellent."

"Clean room and amenities and close to theme parks. Parking is available but difficult to find if you spent the day at theme parks and arrive back to the resort late. Check-in and check-out takes longer than majority of other hotels."

"Lost power, no wi-fi for days. Made spa appointments for three people, got to the appointment and told they could only take two while the third person had to wait. Maid cleaning the next room early in the morning constantly slammed the door no less than 20 times going in and out of the room. Tried to talk us into going to a presentation for a time-share. Parking charges of $30/day which we were not made aware of until arrival."
