"Except for Nikki from the réception which was understanding and Elizabeth which solved our problem after 8 days of not getting our room cleaned the managers just say yes to your request and don’t do nothing and when you come back to them they don’t remember you their excuse is that they tell to hundreds of people especially Luis ! I asked the 5th, 6th 7th day for the room to be cleaned we were supposed to be on the housekeeping schedule but it never happened not even once even by going back to the reception 2 to 3 times a day !How professional!!!!! Avoid this hotel the toilet flush is very slow we had to use the reception toilet during our stay !!!!!! How convenient !!!! It’s my 6th time in this hotel first and last time under Wyndham !!!! Never coming back again !!!!! No apologies for the inconvenience! Soooooo disappointed!!!"

"Very good breakfast, spacious rooms, bathrooms needs a renovation. Bath tub was clogged. Check in time is 4 pm is quite exhaustive. "

"Well located hotel near restaurants and attractions. Room cleaning was every day, which I found good even though that I refuse to have it clean every day. My room look like it was updated sheet were a little. The kids enjoy the water park, which is very convenient if you don’t wanna leave the hotel. Also they had a live DJ on the other pool. Property parking was a little bit difficult even though they charge $15 per night."
