My stay was amazing and costumer service
Was really good ..My only negative was the oatmeal for breakfast. The worst oatmeal I’ve ever had in my life .They should stop serving it immediately:(

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The manager helped me with a scheduling conflict (of my own makong - not the hotel's).

This was by far one of the best 4.5 star hotels I've ever stayed at. It reminded me of an apartment in New York or Chicago. Our suite overlooked downtown Orlando. The bed was comfortable, but the jetted tub was out of this world. Food and drinks were a bit pricey but expected.

Everything was wonderful! We loved our stay at Residence. Just a heads up—there’s a $20/day parking fee.

A beautiful property managed with care and consideration for the aesthetics and for the pampering of its guests. For as many times as I will visit Winter Park, I will stay here again and again.

First time staying here and won’t be my last. Perfect location right downtown by the Dr Philip’s Center. The room was huge. Seems to be an apartment converted into a hotel room. Furniture wasn’t fancy but it looks nice and does its job. The kitchenette was great to have for snacks and drinks. It also has glasses, plates, silverware, minifridge & a microwave. Free off street parking. Beautiful courtyard to grab a drink or a bite. Only thing I had to get used to was using my phone as the key for...
