I really liked this space. Very clean and quiet. My room felt brand new and they were redoing the two next door. Did not hear anything, just looking through the window. Great location! Be aware they do rent to long term people as well as vacationers but I thought it worked seamlessly. Would definitely stay again!

Overall the suites are very clean, spacious & nice. I had no wifi connection my whole stay and staff did not seem to care I was not able to work from my suite. There was also no shower head…. The site specifies high speed WiFi 😂

I was impressed by the cleanliness of the room, and bathroom. The hotel has recently been renovated inside and out, and it shows. The pool was also kept very well. This is a place where people also reside for extended periods of time. I found the community of residents to be friendly and approachable. I think this is a great value stay for the price, especially being so close to all of the Orlando attractions. Check in process was a little awkward. Don’t arrive 15 minutes before check in, or you will wait until 3:00 pm on the dot. Fair warning!

I stayed here for 10 nights and overall had a comfortable stay. The apartment was nice, and I appreciated the improvements based on previous reviews, including a dehumidifier. There was no housekeeping, so I brought my own towels and bedding because I didn’t want to use the same ones provided for 10 nights. The bathroom needs more storage, as there is nowhere convenient to hang towels or put personal items. I borrowed a small folding table and stool from a friend and bought a small door rack to make things easier. The kitchen was okay for basic cooking, but the largest burner didn’t work and the others didn’t get very hot. The biggest issue was check-in and check-out. Both Expedia and their website stated 4 p.m. check-in and 11 a.m. check-out. When I arrived at 4 p.m., I was told the room wasn’t ready. I had ice cream for my daughter, so I mentioned it because I couldn’t keep it with me. They checked again and said the room was actually ready. I was also asked to leave at 10 a.m. instead of the stated 11 a.m. The apartment was comfortable for me and my daughter. However, I would avoid coming back very late because the area felt a little rough, with people sometimes behaving unusually around the building. We also had one very noisy night when neighbors argued from 3–6 a.m. Overall, we had a comfortable stay. I appreciated the improvements and would consider staying here again if some of these issues were addressed.

My stay started as a cautious one, and quickly changed to a great one . Room was alot more then I anticipated, and staff- from manager Shawn down to the clerk's went well above and beyond for levels of service. Seen postings negative to site but believe me I've been here almost a month and found nothing bad. Florida is known for bugs of many sorts and glad to report had no issues, and they take extra precautions to keep everyone safe. I now snow bird and will be back again without a second thought!!

Guys” please book here for any type of vacation stay! Not only is the place so clean and beautiful is a reasonable price stay. But most of all is the best professional treatment I had out of hotels stay I stayed before” The owner walk us to our room in my first day help me and my daughter with our bags, was very kind and in any situation he was there to answer our questions and problems. I met friends as well in just 4 days bc the place is friendly and blessed “ The place feels like home with plates in the room stove to cook and etc…. The pool is relaxing and the rides and restaurants are near as well. Please ones again book here I had the best time of my life I fell like home thank you everyone from Irno.

The bed was comfortable and the pool was big and nice I stayed there for seven nights and they only gave me two towels for three people when I asked for towels. They said that they’d bring them and I also asked for my room to be cleaned but they fail to do so I did not get any new towels so I have the same two towels for seven days for three people I did give the benefit of doubt and went back in. Ask them for towels. They told me they couldn’t give them to me. They had to send someone to my room, but I would get them tonight, but they did not do so. My room was not clean for seven days even when I asked for room service several times definitely would not recommend staying if you’re staying for a long time and you like your room cleaned also the blanket they give you was paper thin

They only give you 2 towels. Although the kitchen is fully equipped, there is no hair dryer, no filters for the 4 cup coffee pot, and no maid service for the duration of stay. Aside from all that its great.for the price.
