"Kids enjoyed the pools, there is a severe lack of seating, the price of cabanas are ridiculous after the price of resort. They price gouge every little thing on top of an already pricey stay. We booked ocean view for wife’s birthday, they gave us a chapel room on ground level…which when looking out of room we just saw a big chapel with some ocean on the sides. Overall we will try a different resort next time. "

"Stayed in the Rainbow tower. Our room was recently renovated. Beautiful, clean room. The down pillows were not so comfortable. Elevators could be crazy at times. The fact that our hotel was right on the water made for a relaxing stay. It genuinely felt like a resort pushed out on the edge of the city. "

"It was a nice hotel. I made the mistake of thinking it was in the beach. But it was right across. There was a prom event where I was told 500 people attended. Not sure if that number was right but the garage was full and had to valet. It was so busy that it took 30 mins to get to the hotel…from 3 blocks away. Wish they would have warned guests. "

"The customer service was outstanding! From check in to room service they went above and beyond. Room was great condition and spacious. Both self and valet parking easy. Location 10 minutes from airport and the Coconut Grove shopping area has a market and good food choices. The hotel is 1.5 miles from Sleeping Giant trail which was a challenge but worth it. Overall we had a great time. Highly recommend this property!! "
