「Our experience started a little rough. We got in late in the evening to find that one of the beds was not made because the sheets were sitting in the wash. I'm not gonna lie when I say that was extremely frustrating because I was tired. There were some overlooked house keeping issues like a dirty washcloth hanging from the curtain rod and some hair in the sink but overall the place was relatively clean. 「The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.」

「Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. 「Clean, modern, well equipped—Kaia Villa exceeded all expectations. It was beautiful, had everything we could ever need and more, and was the perfect space for our family trip to the North Shore. Our kids loved all the extras; games, puzzles, pickleball paddles, beach toys etc., and the adults enjoyed the extra toiletries, comfortable bed and beautiful/clean decor! Our host, Norma was very kind, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back one day. 」
