「We had an absolutely amazing stay at this little downtown Kona condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. 「View is even better than pictured! Comfortable and clean condo. Everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!」

「The condo is adequate. The murphy bed was good. The grounds are beautiful and swimming pool were good. The condo is dated and needs a little bit of TLC It was quiet and doable for us. Kitchen was ok. The convection top is difficult and pans for it are bad because everything got stuck on bottom of pan, even on low.」

「A wonderfully clean and spacious condo close to the heart of Kona. The lanai was perfect for spending some down time on while still being able to enjoy the warm weather and ocean sounds. There is also a great view of the sunset from the pool area! Loved our stay here :)」

「Absolutely loved the property! Very close walking distance to so many businesses and beaches. The room itself was beautifully prepared and had a lovely view of the ocean. I wish I had more time to stay, I would have dedicated a day just to relax in the room.」

「Checking in was really easy and the condo was clean and had everything I needed. I loved being able sit out on the deck and enjoy the view of the ocean. It is also in a great location and could walk to shops and dining. Host was responsive to any questions I had. I was only there 2 days, and never had a chance to check out the pool area. I would definitely stay here again.」

「View was fantastic. Watched surfers each morning. Convenient to have parking, laundry, and pool. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, etc. Really thoughtful to provide beach towels, body boards, etc. Few minor issues: carpet stains, dishwasher panel kept falling off, one door to lanai did not lock. Some trouble reaching the property manager when we first arrived and couldn't unlock the main door. 」

「This is the second time we have stayed at this condo, has everything you need, 6 pairs of beach chairs, different sizes of coolers, Massage Chair, far enough from swimming pool to not hear kids having fun. Will be back next year.」
