「You can’t beat the location of this unit (top floor). Breathtakingly beautiful view of the ocean just a few paces from the water. Gorgeous sunsets, calming waves, lots of fish and spinning dolphins and other creatures of the sea. We’ve been to Kona Bali Kai twice now, and we’re coming back!」

「Enjoyed our stay in Waikaloa Village. We usually stay closer to the beach, but the Village is really a short drive. Nice neighborhood for walking/ shopping/ eating before heading to the beach. Quiet pool and hot tub area. No worries that the living room area doesn't have AC. Temps were pleasant and the AC in the bedrooms was a plus. We would definitely book this property again :) 」

「Our family stayed at this property for 3 nights the end of May and enjoyed the amenities offered as well as the great location. The condo had everything we needed and plenty of space for 4 people. We appreciated having parking and a washer and dryer. The pool area was very nice as well as the small beach just across the street. We enjoyed watching sunset at the beach area one night and surfers the next morning. We were close to the things we wanted to do. Would recommend staying here.」

「This condo was so relaxing and peaceful!! The view was incredible from the golf course, seeing the shoreline wake up and glitter in the sun, while sitting on the shaded balcony as the golfers rolled out each morning. We played lots of pickleball (located conveniently across the road from the condo-30 second walk) along with the private pool. We also enjoyed using the driving range and eating at Johnny’s restaurant that is part of the golf club shop, and had amazing food and live music. Also...

「It was not the fault of the owner, but they’re doing a lot of construction within the garage (august 2025), so super dusty and makes it a little hard to park…. With that said the owner’s condo is as advertised and they were super easy to work with.. location and view were sublime, and people within the vicinity were all super nice and welcoming. Building is old, but they did a good job updating the condo. The price is definitely worth the value」

「Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation!」

「The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. "とても素敵なホテルでした。チェックインの瞬間から素敵な景色が広がっています。スタッフの対応はフレンドリーだが、近すぎないという距離感で、大人向けのリゾートとして、とても好ましいと感じました。室内も広く、清潔かつ快適でした。欲を言えば、家族３人なので、トリプルの部屋、あるいはエクストラベッドがあればありがたかったです。（追加料金を払うと、トリプルの部屋があったのですが、下の階になってしまい、ビーチが見られなくなってしまうとのことで、残念ながら諦めました。）とにかく朝も昼も夜も美しく、中でも日が沈む夕焼けが印象的でした。白砂のビーチも、プライベート感があり、とても素敵でした。ゆっくり過ごすには最高だと思います。プールも子供連れのものと、大人だけのエリアに分けられており、ジャグジーもついておりました。空港から３０分程度かかるため、周りは極めて静かです。食事は、カジュアルなレストランと、スマートカジュアルなもの、またカフェ（＋コンビニ的なショップ）があり、円安ではありましたが、比較的リーゾナブルに食事を頂くことが出来ました。もしフードコートなど、外食ということになれば、15分ほど離れたKing's shopに行けば良いかと思います。ただいずれにしても22時頃にはホテル内のレストランも含めて、皆閉店してしまうので、気をつけた方が良いかと思います。それ以外に特筆すべきことがふたつあります。一つは室内にWestinのロゴ入りの水筒があり（無料で頂ける！）、各階にウォーターサーバーがあるので、お水がフリーに飲めるということ。もう一つはランドリーが無料で使用できるということです。洗剤なども無料で使用できるようになっており、時間帯によっては待たなければならないかもしれませんが（洗濯機は２台、乾燥機は４台稼働しておりました。）、コインの準備を含めて、長期滞在の際にいつも悩まされる洗濯が２４時間無料で使用できるというのはとても感激しました。家族全員大満足で、またいつか行けたら良いなと思っております。 "
