Mango and Sunset sits on an active coffee farm and the property is stunning. We are already looking forward to our next stay. Kriss and Gene are warm and lovely hosts. As someone who has allergies one of the reasons I booked our accommodations at this unforgettable bread and breakfast was the hypoallergenic bedding and hardwood floors. The breakfast menu is thougtfully planned and scrumptious! Bonus: beautiful roosters and chickens as well as cute, friendly kitties who roam the property!

My wife and I had an absolutely wonderful stay Mango Sunset and would gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone traveling to Big Island. Dan, the owner, greeted us at the door with a jar full of homegrown ground coffee and helped us with our bags to our room. We stayed in the Ocean View room and it was fantastic. An incredibly view and very comfortable accommodations. In the morning, one of the staff members cooked breakfast both mornings we were there and it was delicious! It was a perfect way to stay our adventures. The property is also very close to Kona, so navigating into the city or the surrounding area is super easy. All in all, it was an incredible stay and one we won’t soon forget! 10/10
