「The cottage was comfortable and lovely. The grounds were beautiful. Our hostess was very helpful and knowleable. What a great place for our Hawaii trip. I would highly recommend this property/cottage. 5 stars!」

「Beautiful, uniquely designed cabin amid lush rainforest plantings. We especially enjoyed the deck to hang out on ( even in frequent showers). And neighborhood pheasants were a particular pleasure! Quiet and peaceful base for Kona explorations.」

「We love this home! It truly is a water-lover’s paradise. You cannot really get a better location, on Ali’i drive but just south of the most busy areas. Lots of nearby surfing and snorkeling. Next to a preserve filled will birds, plants and wildlife. Amazing grocery and food options at Keahou shopping center just a few minutes away, and local spots for poke and a mini mart within walking distance. It’s worth it just for the view from the lanai, which looks directly into an undeveloped woodland...

「Lovely place to stay. 1 really tall bed was an adventure to jump into but was fun being so high up off of the ground. The home was really clean and it was a really nice touch with the gift pack. The balcony is really lovely spot early mornings and evenings to chill out on too. 」

「This cottage was just want we wanted, a quiet retreat in a rainforest. You could hear birds in the trees all day and frogs at night. We loved hanging out on the covered deck which was nice when it was raining. The hosts had everything we needed, lists of gear for kids and the beach. We will definitely be back with our kid sometime. Hosts were super helpful when google maps gave us incorrect directions.」

「Place was perfect for my husband and I…owner was great to work with and provided everything we needed plus more….if you have a small family this may work for you but two couples this place might not work for you…only one bathroom which is downstairs and no dishwasher but we still loved the place. Are going back for the next several years if we can….」

「Melissa was a great host. Communication and meeting needs superb. The place is great! Excellent location. It could use a few more opportunities to hang up towels or store clothes (drying rack, dresser for 2nd bedroom) but even without those it was a really great, relaxed experience. Highly recommend it.」

「Check in was snow, the room guaranteed by 4:00 pm, I was there at 3:40pm and they won’t let us to the room till 4:00pm, this resort didn’t provide shampoo and conditioner, it is kind of weir.」

「少し古めですが、清潔感もあり、広々と開放感があり、のんびりできました。 ここの広いコンドミニアムに宿泊した後ワイキキのホテルに泊まったので、そこはとても手狭に感じました。 インフレかつ円安の今、外食はめちゃくちゃ高いですが、バーベキューコンロも無料で使用でき、食費を抑えつつ楽しむことができました。 スタッフも皆さん感じが良かったです（ハワイ島みんなですが） ご厚意でお部屋もアップグレードしてくれました！！」

「ロケーション、セキュリティは毎回利用するたびに感動を与えてくれます。ただ、やはり、老朽化は免れず、お部屋によっては滞在に支障が出るかもしれません。しかし、窓から見える景色、鳥の囀りと波の音しか聞こえない世界は、色々なストレスから解放させてくれます。もう、20年ほど毎年利用していますが、まったく飽きません。オススメの施設です。」
