「Great communication with property management, the property that we stayed at was updated, clean, well maintained, had various appliances, ie blender, coffee maker, washer dryer that worked wonderfully. There is a person that will do marketing, at a service charge, to stock the house for you prior to arrival which we used and this worked out perfectly.」

「The two bed two bath condo worked perfectly for our family of 4. It has all the supplies you need -- snorkel and beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, all the utensils in kitchen. A LOT of towels too. I can't recommend this property enough. We truly felt it was our home away from home. The location is superb. It's not at the busiest Kona part yet only 4 minutes to the Keauhou shopping center. 」

「Private beach house, across the street from other homes on the ocean but with a lovely open view of the ocean itself. Eclectic and welcoming Hawaiian decor. Great liana for hanging out and eating. Well-outfitted kitchen for cooking in. Boogie boards and beach chairs available for use. Only about 1/8 mile walk from excellent snorkeling area. Some traffic in front during the day but quiet at night. I would choose to stay here again.」

「Really enjoyed my stay. House was very nice & clean. Also very much enjoyed the pool. Everything was kept very clean and was quiet at night. Would recommend to stay here if you are visiting the big island 」

"フロントの対応が良かったです。 Keauhou harbor の近くなので、そこから出航のアクティビティにはとても便利。駐車場料金高く、外に停めると無料とのこと。部屋のアメニティは必要最低限。リニューアル後まもなく、部屋は綺麗です。"

"2回目のロイヤルコナです。今回もロイヤルコナを選んで本当に良かったです。今回はパーシャルオーシャンビューを選んだのですが、少し海が見えるくらいかな？と思ってたらすごく見えるお部屋でとても気持ちよく、部屋にいる時はほとんどラナイにいました。強いて言えばシャワーの勢いがもう少しあれば、、くらいです。立地もよくまたハワイ島に行ってもこのホテルを選ぶと思います。オススメです"
