We stayed in the lower unit and the only issue would be is when the upstairs neighbors are even slightly walking around it’s loud downstairs in this unit. So as long as your on the same schedule as you neighbors you’ll be fine. Without a doubt we would rent this again just would request the upper unit. The host was amazing and calls or messages were responded to immediately. "
