"Great location next to golf course, restaurant, and HOA amenities besides having their own pool and fitness area. Great area just up the hill in the village. Clean and well kept. Note the air conditioner is helpful but it is only a one room window air conditioner. The breeze in Waikoloa with the windows open does cool off the unit."

"Excellent property in Waikoloa Village. Clean, spacious, nice pool. There is a communal BBQ. There were chairs, an umbrealla, and coolers for use at the beach. Walking distance to the grocery store and some restaurants if needed. One of the best places we've rented on the island."

"We loved our stay! The house was spotless and thoughtfully stocked — plenty of towels, dishes, paper goods, pool toys, games, and a fully equipped kitchen with everything we needed for cooking. The kids’ bedroom was adorable, with so many books, and the master bathroom was amazing. Great AC throughout, beautiful outdoor seating, and secure parking. The hosts were incredible — responsive, kind, and went out of their way for us, even offering to be there for our grocery delivery in case we arrived late. Highly recommend!"
