"Our stay was great and my family loved the resort! My only issue was that it is a little inconvenient to get to the Oceans Tower, especially during check in, since you have to park at the main registration area and take the tram (or walk a decent distance) to the check in for the Oceans Tower. With two kids and luggage in tow, it was a little challenging, but the kids loved riding the tram. :)"

This is indeed a VIP in all the senses. The fact that she is so likeablle made it even better!! Isiah from in room dining was great and easy to talk to. Chayan on check in made us feel like ohana! Greg upon check out conitnued to make us feel wanted and loved. Overall, a lovely property and a great experience but once again Ryan deserves the biggest mahalo nui loa!! "Hilbert was a wonderful host - very responsive, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The place was exactly as described - perfectly located, clean, spacious and well stocked with everything our family needed, including plenty of child-friendly items that made it very convenient. Having access to the resort and amenities yet still the space and convenience of a comfortable villa and kitchen was the perfect combination. Would highly recommend and definitely return!
