The beach was beautiful, calm, and protected, which made it perfect for swimming. The pools were great as well. The staff was wonderful throughout our stay — everyone was kind, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, we loved everything about the hotel and would definitely stay here again!"

Hilton Grand Vacations Club Ocean Tower Waikoloa Village

8/10 Good

"There were no umbrellas at the pool to stay out of the sun so you couldn’t enjoy the pool very long and there was no microwave in our room which is standard at any property these days. I don’t appreciate having to pay for parking I didn’t see that as a separate charge or I would have checked elsewhere"

Hilton Waikoloa Village

8/10 Good

"We had a great stay at Hilton Waikoloa Village. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our visit. While the property is beautiful, it could use some cosmetic updates. We noticed areas where the pool coping was missing, and some doors could benefit from better caulking, fresh paint, and general upkeep. Nui Italian was a fantastic restaurant, and the bar staff was outstanding, providing excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we had a wonderful experience, especially considering we were there during Hurricane Nolo. Despite the weather challenges, the staff worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable and well taken care of. We would gladly return and look forward to seeing some of the property's maintenance improvements in the future."

Shores at Waikoloa

10/10 Excellent

"The location was wonderful. The unit was large and comfortable, but the interior was a bit old and dated. The appliances were older, but worked well. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We enjoyed it very much and we would definitely recommend this property. It was a great value for the price"

Studio Kohala Big Island Ocean View

10/10 Excellent

"When we arrived Mitsuko & Kirk greeted us. We ended up having to shelter in place. Thank God we were in a little slice of paradise!! Mitsuko & Kirk made sure we were safe and had everything we needed to ride the storm.out. Mitsuko even made us a delicious home cooked Japanese meal!! WOW If you are looking for a great beach and North side of the island location, this is your place! Thank you both so much for everything!! We will never forget this place nor you!"
