Nice central location near Main Street restaurants, beaches and the shuttle to the MV ferry out of Woods Hole. Friendly and helpful staff. Plentiful free parking. It could use some capital improvements (rotting wood trim, missing roof shingles). Good value overall.

Absolutely loved it here and would stay again! The staff were friendly. Everything was clean. The room was beautiful and spacious. Free breakfast was a nice touch, small but plenty. Coffee was delicious. Great location with plenty of things to do around.

The Coonamessett Inn is a beautifully appointed New England Inn in one of the best towns on the Cape. Your stay includes a delicious, delightful and generous continental breakfast which is complimentary. The rooms are spacious, and beautifully decorated with comfortable furnishings. The staff is very knowledgeable and very helpful. We visit the Cape and islands every year and enjoy our annual visits.

The room was cozy, I especially liked it had a separate room with a couch and tv. Our view was a lake very pretty. There is stairs going down to some of the rooms it could make it difficult to carry luggage down and up. But other than that it was nice, breakfast good. Staff is helpful. I would stay here again.

I love this place! It is a beautiful property, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The grounds are gorgeous! the staff is really friendly, it was just a very pleasant overall experience. It is very convenient to everything we wanted to do on Cape Cod. I highly recommend this place. I really can’t think of anything that I would change about it. I can’t wait to go back again.

This hotel needs better maintenance. Shower plumbing was old and difficult to use. Housekeeping just ok for the 3 nights we stayed. Left trash bags after cleaning in room and didn’t remove used towels.

The Inn didn’t feel crowded at all. The breakfast was wonderful and the dinner host on the deck was terrific as was the food. Check-in and check-out went smoothly with friendly staff. We celebrated our 43rd anniversary here and look forward to going there again in the fall.

Such a gorgeous area. However, don't bring too much luggage because you have to lug it pretty far from the parking area. My only complain from this old retired couple.

The property was perfect for the wedding we attended, however, the property had the sewer tank pumped out the day after the wedding at 8 am 50 feet from our room. The truck was incredibly loud and the service took almost an hour. All things considered the property could have scheduled this for midweek and maybe later in the day. For the price we paid for the room, for one night, it was more than annoying.

We absolutely loved our stay. We came to celebrate our Babymoon in the Cape. We absolutely loved our few nights at The Coonamessett! The property is close to multiple fun areas that we were able to explore, including the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard. The rooms were clean, cool and comfy- this pregnant momma to be got great sleep after a few days of exploring. We loved the continental breakfast in the morning, and the night time cookies! The staff is warm and friendly and really made sure our stay was special. We will definitely be back! Don’t think twice about staying here, it’s a hidden gem!
