「We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, the hosts are lovely, the room we stayed in was charming, and the location is great, just a block from the horse racing museum and horse practice track. The victorian homes up the street are beatiful to walk by. Breakfast was excellent. We will be staying here again when we venture up this way.」

「This bed and breakfast excelled beyond all expectations! The property is exceptionally beautiful with many historic features scarcely seen except in museums of great old houses. Our host couldn't have been more wonderful and he helped us out after a long ride on the Erie Canal Trail. The amenities were excellent. I would go to Fort Plain just to stay there again. Thank you!」

「It's a very unique historic house that made our stay magical. The owners are exceptional hosts. Breakfast was excellent, we didn’t need to eat until dinner time that day. The location is literally across the street from the race course and at the same time is quiet and has a very convenient private parking lot. Also, a walking distance from downtown. We had a wonderful time!」
