"Lovely ladies at reception! Very welcoming and helpful. Hotel is in a great location walkable to the historic district. Very clean! Parking and gym are also welcomed perks. Thank you for the excellent coffee served all day and night. The breakfast buffet was nice too, lots of options. I’d stay here again. Thank you again! "

"We were traveling as a party of 6 for a youth hockey tournament at RPI. The host did not provide good directions to get to the property, good thing we arrived in the daylight. Parking was out back and you have to turn 3 houses prior to the place to get to parking. A few hours after arriving, we noted sewage back up into the shower and bathroom floor! I immediately texted the host. Her response was ‘they are probably using water upstairs, wait a few minutes and it should go down!’ With that response, this was clearly something that has happened before. Several minutes later, after I reiterated to her that we could not use the bathroom, she suggested ‘if you need to use a bathroom, you can go across the street to McDonald’s, they have one!’ Doing this would require walking across an 4 lane highway! I can’t make this up. I responded that was unacceptable and we found a hotel and left. Once at the hotel I contacted VRBO, sent pictures and videos and asked for a refund. VRBO has been terrible to deal with. The host would not respond to any calls or emails from VRBO, and because she was not responding, they could not offer me a refund. Ridiculous! It took 11 days of contacting VRBO daily to finally get a refund. DO NOT STAY WITH THIS HOST!!"

"Updated apartment with all the modern amenities in a 130 year old brownstone just south of downtown. Walkable to downtown and a variety of restaurants. An area of town that is being renovated, will keep looking nicer as time goes on. Any time I needed something, James the host was very quick to reply and address."

"We had a great stay with no problems. The host was helpful and had a quick response time. "

"Place was very clean and centrally located to all we needed to visit our family that week. Only suggestion is pay attention to parking. We came in late on Sunday exhausted and checked out Monday morning. We read the note inside the unit about checking signs for Monday-Thurs nights. Which we did, thought it was Monday night not morning we needed to worry about. Ended up with a parking ticket and hefty tow bill for a very innocent mistake. "

"Lovely property in a mediocre location.The apartment is lovely and well maintained.The neighborhood is ok.It is a first floor apartment with someone living above it. You will hear them talking and moving around. It wasn't an issue until our last night when they were up until 4 AM before proceeding to do what people stay up until 4AM to do. "
