「The property is exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient for either downtown or racetrack activity relative to walking distance. The apartment was as clean as any rental I have ever stayed at. The property manager was extremely responsive to all communications and checked in on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. This will be the first place I check out for future visits with my wife to Saratoga Springs.」

「The room was clean and convenient for where we needed to be for the holidays. Jermaine was more than helpful with getting us into our room. The only things I think needs to be addressed is the powerstrip for the coffee and toaster kept tripping so we moved the coffee pot over. And there was no power in the bathroom for a blow dryer. Would have like a dresser to place clothes since we were staying 10 days. Over all it was a good little place to stay. Thank you Jermaine. 」

It's on a quaint street, and the surrounding homes are lovely and picturesque. The location is ideal... far enough away from the traffic and tourism area, but close enough to walk to everything you want in the village. 「First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...
