「The property is exactly as advertised. The location was very convenient for either downtown or racetrack activity relative to walking distance. The apartment was as clean as any rental I have ever stayed at. The property manager was extremely responsive to all communications and checked in on us regularly to ensure all our needs were met. This will be the first place I check out for future visits with my wife to Saratoga Springs.」

「The whole place was perfect. The only thing missing was the fireplace working. It was nice and quiet and enjoyed our stay there very much. 」

「The place was clean and basically what I expected. Checking in was very easy. The host sent very clear instructions. Parking was on the street but I felt safe leaving my car on the side of the street by the building.」

「We arrived to a great easy check in early morning. Went to take shower to find no hot water notified via text and email property owner immediately. He took time to answer . Once answered he stated he would attempt to have someone fix. Long story short multiple conversations never got hot water entire stay. No money back was offered I had to ask. He gave us 200 back. I feel entire stay should have been refunded. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to pay when no hot water.」

「First of all when we got there we weren't told where the parking area was . We had 5 people staying 3 nights. There were 3 bath mats, 3 bath towels & 2 washcloths. No hand towels. No kitchen towels. The shower head didn't work correctly. Dining area lights didn't work. Control panel on the washer/dryer was falling off. No place to put our clothes. The one dresser had stuff stored in it Master bed sheets had a cigerette burn. Half empty bottles of water laying around. But the worst part was when...

「Tim was very responsive. My friend and I stayed in Saratoga for 2 nights/3 days. The apartment was nicely updated and very clean. It's on a quaint street, and the surrounding homes are lovely and picturesque. The location is ideal... far enough away from the traffic and tourism area, but close enough to walk to everything you want in the village. We loved the back porch with the outdoor sofa setting & the small indoor sitting area off the main bedroom. We used both spaces and enjoyed them. I...

「Great property, super responsive property owner. Great location, just at the edge of downtown. The only odd thing was that it's such an old building that the floors were a little warped in places, and not level. Other than that, great property!」
