"We weren't expecting a lot when we made this reservation, but we were pleasantly surprised about how comfortable and convenient it was. The cabin is off a road but once you drive up to it, you feel nature and our dog loved running in the woods behind the house. The cabin has all the amenities you need, although wifi is spotty. The adults enjoyed the main floor with a fully stocked kitchen, big dining room table and cozy sitting area. Downstairs was a perfect space for all our ski gear. We’d definitely return for another stay! "

"The area is gorgeous and Garth was a great host. Great communication and a nicely thought out setup. 4/5 only because the term "bathroom" was used very loosely and it was more of a camping experience than I expected when I booked it. I don't regret it, though. "

"The accommodations and friendly Staff were very Good. The Hotel exterior needs to be freshly painted for better appearance and the driveway and parking lot is FULL of very LARGE Potholes needing to be repaved. Our Room was very clean and the beds were Very comfortable I slept very well each night. Room rates were competitive. The Location is very convenient to state highway access and to Oneonta Downtown Restaurants which we really enjoyed as well as Cooperstown All Star Village which we visited during our 5 night stay. Again, we LOVED the Room decor and the Friendly Staff."

"Very nice very quiet. The atmosphere outside is beautiful. We have great breakfast in the morning. The people that work. There are all very nice walking through the halls. Everyone agreed to it’s a nice place to stay at if you ever get the chance."

From the ease of checking in, the cozy, clean, and equipped with everything we need get away!! We would highly recommend it."

"I stayed in the main house, 2nd floor, Queen Deluxe Room included micro, refrig, keurig and had an a/c unit. Very quiet, quaint, old-world charm. It was close to my family that still lives in G.G. and was convenient for what I needed. Would recommend for anyone that needs to compress from the hustle and bustle of life."
