"Lots of good things about this place. Breakfast was good, room was cozy and clean, tv worked, heat worked, bed comfortable, staff was very nice, games and dvds available and coffee all day. But a couple things not good. There was knocking, banging settling, maybe the pipes? Don’t know but all night long it was very noisy and one more night I’m not sure I could stand it. The other negative is the bathroom which is small. The sad part is that it could have been better designed within the small space. When you sit on the toilet your knees are under the sink, yet if they had installed the toilet a few inches to the right it would be fine. There’s no place to put any toiletries and if they had raised the mirror there would be a perfect place for a small shelf. They have shelves but they are decorative rather than usable. Also in the shower no place to put the soap or shampoo except the floor."

"The place was beautiful and a really good vibe. Only complaints are that there was a strong sulfur smell from the water, so we had to get bottled. Also no wood available for the fireplace or outdoor fire pit so again had to fend for ourselves. Host was super friendly with great communication and gave us an extra hour for checkout. "

"Wonderful getaway—very relaxing and peaceful, especially during the off-season. The staff was incredible—so friendly, welcoming, and fun. The restaurant exceeded our expectations; we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. We had a great time spending time in the lodge—playing pool and games, relaxing by the fireplace, and taking in the beautiful grounds. Our room was lovely and very comfortable."

"Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) Feels unfair for another guest to contend with this. I used the "unscheduled" sauna by the pool, as suggested, which was pretty much always either in use, or had to be shared, ( in concept this is fine for me--but again, would have been nice if I had an opportunity to book my own time, to actually get that.) Food was fantastic. Kitchen has it going on. Although there was no coffee left after my sauna at 9:30AM, I asked & they very nicely got me a cup:) Pool is essential. There's also a hole in the floor of the cabin where the ac duct has to go out, but has an ill fit; I would suggest to property to consider customizing a small plug/screen/something around the duct there (so critters can't just climb in) and it would be a nice detail touch.. I will solve most of this next time by getting a bigger room & arriving earlier. I just worry that's part of the push (buy bigger, spend more.) Loved the meditation hut & apart from these details, had a very lovely time overall, thank you! "

"So incredibly frustrated with our experience. We lost power due to a DISCONTINUED, FAULTY breaker. Their communication was horrible. No answers and no urgency to help us. After having to scream at them on the phone they moved us to a dirty broken property with a broken hot tub. And are now ghosting me regarding a refund. They DO NOT keep their properties maintained.We had to pee and poop outside. We had to build a fire to cook food. We had to furnish the trash bin into a cooler. The property they moved us to had a broken hot tub, a hole in the couch, and dirty walls. Along with sliding doors that are nearly impossible to lock with no blinds facing a main road."
