"My family enjoyed the stay. The property was well cared for with many fun details: record player, a small array of games to entertain the kids, well-curated book selection. There was plenty of space for all of us. Liana was proactive at reaching out and the house rules were reasonable and easy to follow. Next time I'm in the area, I'll definitely look to stay again! It's a great property near beautiful sights and it's just a short drive outside of New Paltz."

"stayed at the house for 2 nights this past week. my gf and i got to the area about 30 minutes earlier than the actual check-in time and i contacted the host if it would be ok to check in at the time. the host was very generous and let us in. great way to start the trip. the place was very clean and well maintained. screen projector was super useful. also, a great location if you like hiking and plan to visit wineries. what i liked the most was the atmosphere. fresh clean air and the quietness. overall, it's a great place to plan your trip around. i highly recommend this place."

"The house was lovely and fulfilled our needs for a family celebration and get together. The time of year was not the best to enjoy the area or the outside of the property but it was the only time we were available to come together from all over the country. The kitchen in particular was our favorite room since we cooked and shared family meals that we have not been able to do for a long time. We found everything we needed to eat together, play games and watch movies. Just what we needed."

"We really enjoyed our long weekend. It was a beautiful setting in the middle of a weekend snowstorm! We think it would be helpful if there was a binder with the manuals for some of the appliances and heating system. Both times we visited, we struggled with how to use the dishwasher and the heating system throughout the house. Thank you."

"A beautiful and spacious home, very clean and amenities I didn’t expect ( extra toothbrushes, coffee, coffee syrups). The beds were comfortable, good water pressure, and kitchen well stocked. The windows let in so much beautiful light ( and curtains for when we didn’t need the light!) Watching the sunrise onto the winery while sipping coffee was a highlight of my stay! Joseph responded to our questions and checkout was easy. Our family was very comfortable here and we hope to stay here again. "

"This home was absolutely beautiful! The views of the mountain and lake, especially with all the fall foliage was breathtaking! The house was really large and spacious especially for a big group. Also, the listing says 4 bedrooms but it actually has 5 bedrooms which was a nice surprise! We really enjoyed all the bright natural light from the windows and the home felt really peaceful and relaxing. The hot tub was also a great perk. I definitely want to come back again for another fall weekend!"
