"The property is in a great location, walkable to many restaurants. Room was very clean but the bathroom was underwhelming: with no shower door and water plashing in front of the toilet. The sink was actually in the bedroom, which was annoying as you're always making more noise than you would if it was in the bathroom. With that set up they should do the room everyday, but you actually have to ask. Don't get me wrong, we had a nice stay, but in their prize range, I expect more. The 4th floor solarium was lovely, but the water cooler ran out on Saturday night. "

"1. Three hours in, the fuse tripped, and we had no electricity for the entire night. No heating when it was 25 F outside, no light, no ability to charge phones. No one answered our phone calls and email until noon the next day. They're lucky we didn't take legal action. 2. This is not a hotel. There is no reception to check in, you just enter pin numbers to the building and room. 3. Apartment was clean but the building was in disrepair. The stench of smoke was really bad. The stairs and entry are dirty and have objects thrown around."

Short walk (about 1 mile to Main Street Beacon) and nearby many nice hikes, restaurants, breweries, etc. Very kid-friendly with ping pong, large yard for games, pool table, and other activities to keep everyone busy! Large rooms! We loved hanging out on the deck looking at the spectacular view! The owners were very nice and easy to work with!"
