"Great place to stay as it is close to the universities and the Presidential Library & Vanderbilt Mansion. Still off from the main center of town so you get nice & quiet stay."

"Nice room, good AC, property overall very nice. Breakfast was just average, the only "hot and fresh" was the waffle maker. Good coffee. They lost a star since there was not hot water for my shower, only barely lukewarm. I expected better."

"The staff, Eric, was incredibly rude to both myself and any guest I saw him interact with. They were without hot water when I arrived in the afternoon and there was still no hot water the next morning. I requested that they cancel the rest of my days and refund me for those days as I did not want to continue staying somewhere with no hot water. Eric told me he couldn't do that and acted like us guests were fools for expecting hot water at a hotel we paid to stay at. Luckily my partner convinced Eric he could do something about it. They let me down but hotels.com never lets me down and they helped take care of everything for me. Also, I looked at reviews after the fact and there were plenty of reviews from a month ago also talking about this hotel not having hot water."
