「We screened properties for pet friendly and this listing came up every time, but we got a call from the owner the first morning telling us they were not pet friendly. The did refund us for one night of the 2 we planned to stay. The property is in a very nice part of Newburgh. When you pull up to the property there are 15cars parked around the yard that aren’t being used, 7 are covered and one is a delivery truck and a limo. There are lots of bicycles not in use and many charcoal grills. The...

「Charming and quaint home. The surrounding grounds and lake were absolutely beautiful! Easy to get to, directly off the highway, but far enough away to feel relaxed. The host was great with communication. We had left an item behind and he offered to mail it back to us. We would love to stay here again in the future!」

「We had the most wonderful time staying here. Most of the stay, we sat in the yard starting at the beautiful lake and greenery. The place is clean, bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipped with everything we needed to prepare homemade meals. We ran out of time and didn’t have a chance to enjoy the kayaks, but I’m sure we’ll be back again soon. Thank you for the most restful stay. It was just what we needed for a break from the city.」

The kitchen needs to be stocked with better equipment, no silverware, pots and pans in bad shape, no dish cloths or towels, beds and bathrooms were acceptable, they did accommodate all of us (12). Needs more towels and blankets or state that you need to bring your own. Price per night for what we got doesn’t match!!」
