"Great getaway property. We checked in for two nights, and stayed in a building with kitchen/2 bedrooms, which was great for our needs. We spent time in the property relaxing at the beautiful pool, sauna, and had a fabulous dinner at Butterfield. Played some shuffleboard, pool and video games in their clubhouse - very laid back vibe and perfect for a couples weekend. Great food options off property in the area, and my partner was able to get in a quick nine-hole game of golf at a nearby...

"Place is exactly how it looks! Great location between New Paltz, Kingston, Woodstock. We unfortunately had inconsiderate neighbors that forced us leave early, but Frank was incredibly gracious and made it up to us. Would stay again. "
"This property is one of the best VRBOs we have ever stayed at. The pictures do not show how beautiful it is. It is close to town, exceptionally clean and has extremely comfortable bedding and towels. The bathrooms are incredible. The kitchen was so nice that we chose the cook rather than go out for many meals. Thank you for sharing your home with us!!"
"Very cozy house. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the bathroom as well as the rest of the place was clean. Good communication from the owner."
ONE CLOVEWOOD in HIGH FALLS, near Mohonk preserve, New Paltz, Kingston
10/10 Excellent
"This roomy house is the best of both worlds: in a locale so quiet and woodsy, yet so close to great activities, restaurants, stores, and more. This was our third time staying at the house and we had just as much fun as our first two visits. The ping-pong table and foosball table provided a lot of fun, especially since the weather kept us indoors a bit.We enjoyed the local restaurants, especially The Roost, Hash, Ollie's, and Spy. And when we ate at the house, the kitchen was well stocked with with all the appliances and tools necessary to make a great meal--with a lovely dining room in which to enjoy it. One other big plus: The television was extremely easy to use and offered a wide variety of streaming services. "
