"This is a very charming, well-located, comfortable and well-equipped rental that we could have stayed in forever. As a group of adult friends, we enjoyed the layout, the location and the amenities. The rooms were very comfortable, and instructions were clear on how to use the hot tub. The house is located in a very quiet area too, and there were owls! The layout was great for cooking at home, and it was very easy to get to Mohonk and to downtown New Paltz. Will definitely rent with Liana again!"

"My husband and my sister and her husband stayed her for four nights mid sep 2027. Everything was perfect for us. Beautiful location to minnewaska state preserve. So much hiking for all levels surrounded us. We also rode our e-bikes on rail trail over Hudson River. Found great restaurants for cocktails and appetizers. To name a few: mountain brauhaus in new Paltz, Lola’s in new paltz, rough cut brewing. Just a beautiful location, enjoyed sauna , fire pit, exercise basement, pool table, table tennis. Kitchen well appointed. Host and manager highly attentive and informative with any of my questions. Highlight for my brother-in law was the turn table and huge selection of albums. He played DJ during our visit!!!!"

"Wonderful place along the river. So many thing to do and enjoy. The back yard was just beautiful. We enjoyed kayaking, canoeing, swimming, hot tub, fishing, BBQing and all sort of games. Many fantastic hikes nearby too. Lots of great places to eat in New Paltz."
