「Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Taino wood was a great place for camping. Chantel and her husband Jesse are great host and are very welcoming and kind. Nice place to enjoy with your family in the nature. There were many tent sites inside their woods and we occupied the site called:Turey. We set up 3 tents (two 4-people tents and one 6-people tent).
