「Rooms were clean. Pool was great. Breakfast was nice variety. Only thing there was bridal or wedding party going on all night across the hall way. People were very loud and disrespectful. Even staff had to warn them several times. That was only frustrating part, I couldn’t truly enjoy my stay with my family.」

「Room was booked to sleep four: queen bed and pull out sofa. But the sofa only slept one (small person). Staff was kind enough to get us a cot for the 4th person. The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But...

「This place needs a complete renovation. Everything, and I mean everything, is old. The outdoor pool is cemented shut even though it's advertised as having an outdoor pool. The carpets are torn and smelly. The toilet was so low to the ground that I felt like I was sitting on the floor. The coffee maker and juice dispenser in the kitchen were broken. There was a minimal amount of breakfast food to choose from. We were extremely dissatisfied and will never stay there again.」

「The pool not only didn’t have towels EVER… the lights are not on at night! It’s pitch black. When we asked for the lights to be turned on we were met with a nasty attitude from the staff. When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!」

「Wonderful stay! They even called to make sure we were checking in/made special arrangements for us to arrive late. Excellent location. Just be mindful you probably won’t have cell signal—but the WiFi works so well I hardly noticed I didn’t have reception. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Great stay, took the grandkids down for legoland, ten people two nights and Anthony was awesome with helping us get our three rooms all together and made us feel welcome. Pool was excellent and clean and there is a generous breakfast included Plenty of dining options within 5 minutes or less.」

「Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「Can't say enough about Meghan the manager at the front desk ..this hotel is lucky to have her ..the hotel itself could use a good cleaning but Meghan went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable ..would stay here again if needed though the hotel needs major updates」

「We stayed two nights at this property, it is not a hotel at all, it is rooms for stay. The location is not in a great part of Middletown and looks nothing like the outside photo that is in the listing, and I was not comfortable leaving the property by myself. The first night we returned back, the front door to the building was wide open, we were scared to enter the building, and someone was parked in our designated space. I immediately contacted Expedia and they were not able to reach Norman....
