It was a clean comfy nights rest. I didn’t appreciate Expedia’s extra 9 dollar fee for protection plan that I couldn’t opt out of so I’ll never use Expedia again in the future. I made my reservation in the parking lot of this hotel and didn’t need it but couldn’t opt out without losing the reservation.

We had a great time. We spent some time in the pool & hot tub. The only thing we didn’t like was that the breakfast was expensive. For what we paid for breakfast we could have went down the street to dunkin or Starbucks for 1/2 the price.

Room was really nice and spacious and clean. Definitely nicer than most. The lobby was beautiful with fireplaces and comfortable furniture. It was just the food situation and sparse staffing that would make me never stay here again. There was no complimentary coffee in the lobby — even the cheepest most terrible places have that. And the breakfast situation sounds a lot better than it is. There were few choices and just one guy back there taking orders, cooking it and serving it. I watched a man wait ten minutes just to buy an expensive cup of black coffee while the cook made our food. No one was there to help him. This is not the staff’s fault — it’s the management/corporate decisions that make this place not a pleasant place who want to enjoy the hotel experience beyond just a nice room. I think simple things like coffee in the lobby, more staff, and more breakfast choices wouid go a long way

Great choice!

Created pleasantly and taken care of by the staff. My friend had a problem with Marriot booking but they could not help. Super room with fridge and microwave. Comfortable bedding and pillows. Convenient location. A Cilkis and diner within walking distance. Will stay when in the area.

We enjoyed how nice the property was and its proximity to LegolandNY About 12 minutes). Our grandkids also enjoyed the pool, which was tiny, and the hot tub. However, I think it would be nice if a property of this quality offered a complimentary breakfast for its guests. The staff were extremely nice.
