I want to be clear: I love this place! Though it is clearly lacking the proper leadership to truly activate the amenity value add.. the spa services are expensive and be sure to book that dinner or there will not be enough food for you to eat and the area doesn’t have good food. Love the surrounding property / lake / hiking trail.. I’ll continue to come back but bring extra stuff along in my car bc they might not be able to accommodate some of your needs..

It has a beautiful, peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Very relaxing. Food was delicious. Staff was nice. Room was amazing.

Overall, this place felt a bit disappointing. The room had peeling walls, the carpets were stained. The couches/chairs in the room were stained. Outside was covered in goose feces. The eggs were very dry for breakfast. I just didn't think it was worth the price.

We tried to drop off our luggage (not check in) before going out to play golf, but they wanted to charge us $75 to leave our bags. Also, the outdoor spaces were okay, but there were massive amounts of bird droppings in some outdoor areas. Other than those complaints, we had a great time.

I thought the facility was very nice and the staff was also very helpful. Serene and relaxing. I wanted to have a massage but didn't have the chance due to my 11am checkout. Next time I will certainly take advantage of it. They should advertise this facility more in the area. It's beautiful.

The hotel was strangely quiet. The place has so much potential, yet did not really meet my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable. Seems like they are not getting enough customers to stay in business and it shows.

I wish I could give this resort a better rating, because the staff present were so helpful. However, the facility is run down. Water damage in various places. Stains in ceilings, furniture and carpets. Out of order doors, elevators, just to name a few. The facility has great potential, great location, but needs a full makeover. As I said staff were very pleasant, however, they're understaffed and you can see it and feel it. There's only 1 restaurant on premise, but I only got to try the breakfast buffet, which was comparable to comfort inn contentinal breakfast, for the type of facility, expected better. The images posted and reviews posted here and online are very deceiving.

Wonderful amenities Thoughtful and helpful staff Peaceful setting Very well insulated rooms/very quiet Amazing healthy delicious food Skilled masseuse Pool, hot tub, sauna, steam room, gym, aqua bikes...All for ur use- with no required treatments to enter the "spa" area If u want a peaceful retreat, I highly recommend it. YO1 means youth. Perfect name to rest and rejuvenate.

The property is very clean and peaceful. The staff is nice. We only had breakfast on the property and it was great. The food was fresh. I had pancakes and syrup and the syrup did not taste like sugar. The juice bar was not open and the cafe could use more options though.

The property is gorgeous, the rooms are huge, but when I woke up in the morning, my shower wasn’t working , no water at all . The sink was working fine. I went to the lobby, it was 6:30 AM, nobody was there to help me so I figured it out by myself, and I went to the spa and showered there. My bathroom also had a leak coming from upstairs It’s a pity because the property has so much potential, it must have been amazing at its prime.
