「During our stay, there were not enough staff to provide the level of service promised. It often happened that only one person was simultaneously at the reception, handling check-ins, and at the bar, taking orders for drinks and food, thereby creating a line. 「Amazing ambience, lovely scenery upon the bank of Hudson. Easy drive to Hudson and Bard College. The only thing to mentally prepare for is that life is not as fast paced as NYC. Go with the flow and be nice to the staff because during high season they take care of lots of people without up staffing. 」
