「I made the reservation here as a bridge stop on my way into the Catskill Mountain for a few days and I'm so glad I did. It's remote -- the town of Claryville is like much of the Catskill mountains -- I was in Phonecia for several days last summer -- in that towns seem to lack a town center or even a substantive grocery store or restaurants. 「Not a cheap place ! Let’s start with the smell - strong marijuana smell, and we were traveling with 11 yers old kid. Not family friendly. The room wasn’t clean, everything outdated. We couldn’t close the bathroom door all the way. Misleading advertising. The website stated there is a free breakfast and free Wi Fi. Well, none of that. “ Free breakfast “ was coffee and hot water. No toasters, no bread. None. “ Free Wi Fi” is only if you sign up for a membership, if not you have to pay. And more…...

「i did not realize that it was self check in property! there was no one there, no office! never had that before, but they were only a phone/text away!」

「The location was very convenient. We had stayed here before but it was totally redone and beautiful. Staff was very friendly. Bed was very comfortable and room was beautiful. My favorite was the farm fresh yogurt machine you could add granola, nuts, cranberries and brown sugar to but had run out. The staff told me they would make more and it was close to 10:00 closing time for the continental breakfast! We would definitely go there again on our trip upstate!!!」

「Very disappointing experience. My daughter almost slipped into the pool because the railing was loose, creating a serious safety hazard. We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. I would not recommend this hotel.」

「The hotel was clean, convenient to the World Resort where we attended an event, next to a small mall and breakfast was included. The downside is the shades didn’t cover the window so the sun shined into the room at the crack of dawn.」
