「i did not realize that it was self check in property! there was no one there, no office! never had that before, but they were only a phone/text away!」

「The breakfast was horrible. Both juice machines were not working, the yogurt was past due and the coffee machine had not been cleaned in a while. The staff on check in were professional, however the staff the next morning on check out were rude and seemed to be put out by having to answer simple questions. The room appeared clean on check in. The following morning we noticed a large bug/insect infestation in one corner. 」

「I made the reservation here as a bridge stop on my way into the Catskill Mountain for a few days and I'm so glad I did. It's remote -- the town of Claryville is like much of the Catskill mountains -- I was in Phonecia for several days last summer -- in that towns seem to lack a town center or even a substantive grocery store or restaurants. 「Prefect experience on all counts. Expectational staff and property. If you need to visit this region, forget every place else and book here. This hotel will make you feel at home, and you will sleep like a rock. I have stayed in top hotels around the world, and no place comes closer the that at home experience. The pictures on their website do not do it justice. The owners are professional, kind, and always happy to help with any issue or question. 10 out of 5 stars.」

「I arrived and was informed that there was no air conditioning or hot water at the hotel. They said they had reached out to other hotels to accommodate their guests. They moved me to a new hotel where I had to book a new room and pay for it out of pocket. They said I would be refunded but then refused when I asked. Do mot book this hotel.」

「There aren’t a lot of hotel options so I found myself here, and the value of what I paid was pretty lacking. This hotel was fairly subpar for a BW Plus. What matter is the room was clean and comfortable, and the location is walkable to Uptown Kingston. I didn’t like that my one window was interior facing to this weird natatorium courtyard, where the pool and gym were. It smelled like chlorine. The gym had a set of dumbbells but every weight category was missing except for 35, 40, 45, 50 lbs. The...
