Awesome to visit , relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The vibes were sooooo chill, the staff were so cool. But they had 1 big flaw, watch out for the hidden fees, check your bill and invoices before check. They add additional fees if you charge anything to your room for purchases which is crazy. Any charge to your room will be given a servicing fee. If you order breakfast, and pick it up yourself but charge it to your room, you get a fee. If you have dinner or drinks or lunch, and charge it to your room, there’s an extra fee.!!!! So bring cash or pay your bill up front… they use a system called Toast for their credit transactions, and they charge you the convenience / service fee for this system which can be as much as $40 per transaction.

The room was clean but a little smaller than we anticipated. Was hard to tell online. We did a tour of other available rooms would definitely choose differently next time. The property was amazing. We stayed during the week so it was so nice and quiet. We had the Japanese soaking tub which was great! We brought our dog and we were able to take her with us everywhere on the property. You’d never know that it was a pet friendly place as it is kept very clean. My ONLY negative comment would be that there is no where to get a meal that isn’t ridiculous expensive. I understand the limited menus in the area but everything was ridiculous expensive and very bougie food. Next time we would definitely pack some more snacks and food. Otherwise the place I awesome and worth the stay. We loved the robes! Wore them to our sauna appointment and then went and did a cold plunge in the river. So tranquil! We did not hook up the the WiFi so we stayed off grid for the three days we were there and that was just incredible. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. What a fantastic place! Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful getaway—very relaxing and peaceful, especially during the off-season. The staff was incredible—so friendly, welcoming, and fun. The restaurant exceeded our expectations; we enjoyed both breakfast and dinner, and everything was delicious. We had a great time spending time in the lodge—playing pool and games, relaxing by the fireplace, and taking in the beautiful grounds. Our room was lovely and very comfortable.

The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff from the desk to the restaurant were extremely polite and helpful. The location of the hotel is very peaceful and isolated, no cell service, no tv in room, nothing outside but beautiful nature and bright stars at night. What a wonderful experience! From the moment you walked thru the door you were greeted with a welcome drink. The staff was friendly and tentative. My partner and I were celebrating our anniversary and then sent us a complimentary bottle of champagne to the room. There was so much to do around the property but the soaking tub in the room was my favorite part. Looking forward to staying again in the summer time to see all the trails and outdoor activities. 10/10! Thank you so much
