「Our stay at Cold Spring Lodge in the Catskills was fantastic. The location is perfect, central to everything we wanted to see and do in the area. The cabin had a cozy, homey feel that really gave us that classic camping experience we were looking for. Most of all, the manager, Rose, made our trip even better. Her communication was AMAZING from the moment we booked until the day we checked out. She was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. We’d absolutely stay here again!」

「Location is fine for a quiet stay. Many places close early or on off days. Staff was not friendly. Someone talking about $300 landscaping her husband does in the tavern over our breakfast was unpleasant at best. So tone def, load and not a single moment of acknowledging there were guests. Shouting to maintenance about the petty cash was so tacky. Voices carry and the conversations began at 5:30. Totally unacceptable. In the evening I approached the front desk to ask a question and was greated...
