Very beautiful home and nice owners - would have liked a little more privacy and flexibility with scheduling breakfast or means to communicate re: scheduling changes. So convenient for Belleayre skiing!

Wonderful old charming house renovated fully with great taste and top quality materials. The hosts are also a great couple who are pleasant, helpful and friendly. The town is very little like most towns in this area and had very little to offer for dining etc. but the proximity to Belleayre ski center (6 minutes) overcame that. We will come back for sure

A perfect place to stay in the Catskills

We were very comfortable and well looked after during our stay. The owners, Michelle and Adam, are very knowledgeable about the area and offered great suggestions about what to do and where to eat. The inn is very clean and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Great getaway in a beautiful location

Had a wonderful weekend getaway at Breezy Hill. Well situated, easy to find with a warm and welcoming staff. Rooms are cozy and well appointed. Inn is beautifully restored and has many extras including an exercise room and steam room. Breakfast was two course and the table was set with beautiful dishes. Great coffee!

Relaxing B&B in the Catskills

We had a wonderful experience at the Breezy Hill Inn. The owners/hosts Michelle and Allen were lovely... we had some great chats about travel, both locally and internationally. The innkeeper Lourdes and Michelle made excellent breakfasts (and great coffee!). Highly recommended!

I had such a great experience at the Breezy hill Inn in Catskill. We went there to celebrate my birthday which was incredible. The place was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. Michelle and Alan were friendly and welcoming, and they made sure everything was taken care of during our stay. One of the highlights was the delicious homemade breakfast by Michelle—fresh, thoughtful, and such a warm touch to start the day. Michelle is very knowledgeable and multi talented. We had a great chat at the breakfast table. Michelle suggested several places to visit and even helped us plan where to start and how to end our day.The location is peaceful and perfect if you’re looking to relax or explore the area. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Catskills!

Inn with attention to details

We wanted a cozy warm friendly place to be our homebase for a ski trip to Belleayre Mountain, rolled the dice on the Breezy Hill, and won! The owner/operator couple has a fine eye for details to make everyone's stay comfortable, fun, and entertaining. The decor was chosen with lots of thought and the breakfasts well planned, healthy and very delicious indeed. Advice from our skiing plans to dinner choices were right on the mark. The weather didn't much cooperate, but we still had a terrific stay thanks to the Breezy Hill Inn.

A very charming Inn in a beautiful location. The only issue I had was the temperature of the room. It was very warm and a little uncomfortable . No obvious way to cool the interior in room. Other than that, very nice stay.

Breezy Hill has Friendly owners, who phoned us earlier in the day to inform us of inclement weather expected when we were to arrive. Healthy allergy friendly breakfast each morning. Comfortable cozy room plus I had access to the game room where I could work while my family skied. The only negative was the bathroom fan was noisy whenever the light was on.

Perfect Catskills weekend

What a beautiful way to spend a weekend in the Catskills! The views, the lovely breakfast, the good location - we will certainly be back! We stayed here in the autumn which was great for all things fall foliage but it would also be perfect summer and winter destination. Highly recommend.

We loved the screened in porch and the rocking chairs on the front porch with a beautiful view. The bed was comfortable and it was beautifully decorated. The host was very helpful and provided directions and maps. The breakfast was delicious and included fresh fruit, juice, coffee along with eggs or baked pancakes. The only recommendation that I could make is to make the servings a bit bigger. The baked pandake was probably the equivalent of two small, traditional pancakes. The cheese and chive “omelette” (actually scrambled eggs) seemed to be the equivalent about two medium sized eggs. Overall, we loved our stay and hope to return.

Life a breeze at Breezy Hill Inn

We enjoyed our stay at the Breezy Hill Inn - was our second time there. Very nice husband and wife duo run the Inn, and the breakfasts are fresh and homemade. The Inn has a wonderful basement area, with a pool table, an area to sit / relax, my kids enjoyed it. The Inn is very close to Belleayre ski mountain - a massively underrated ski experience, new lodge just built, the place has gone much higher end. The Inn is also close (<15 min) to a number of really solid Catskills restaurants. No complaints about the rooms - were clean, comfortable, pleasant enough.

Lovely place and hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at the Breezy Hill Inn! The inn has only a few rooms which is perfect for someone who is looking for a quiet get away. It’s in a beautiful green area above town , yet very close to town. The rooms are nice and clean and have everything you need. Michelle and Allan are very nice and helpful and gave us some great recommendations ! Overall - loved it and can’t wait to be back! Thank you Michelle and Allan!

Nice Bed & Breakfast near Belleayre

Planned a last-minute ski trip to Belleayre with my wife, and this B&B was highly recommended by the owner of Alpine Osteria. It's right off of Rt 28, about 5 minute drive from Belleayre access road and ~10 minutes to Zephyr Restaurant or Peekamoose Restaurant, the 2 best in the area. Hosts were very kind and welcoming, and gave great recommendations for dining, gear rental, skiing, etc. You will receive a discount for lift tickets & gear rental. Rooms are small but well kept & bed was really comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning. The basement level features a decent little gym, steam room, and social space featuring fridge, bar area, coffee, board games, pool table, TV, etc. - nice place to relax before/after dinner. House has a huge wraparound porch but it was too cold to sit out. I would definitely consider staying again if I end up skiing in Belleayre in the future.
