「Front desk manager was very professional.My husband dropped off our rental car at the airport and Jeff brought him back to holiday inn. Later, Jeff drove us to dinner and picked us up. Next morning he drove us to airport. He was super helpful and accommodating. He is great at his job. We were only there one night but it was a great place to stay before departing.We highly recommend this holiday inn.」

「From the first impressions I couldn’t be happier. The Hotel must have been recently upgraded. The room was brand new, bathrooms, sleeping area all looked new. I received a text from Tiffany asking how everything was and if I needed anything. In all the hotels I’ve stayed I have never received a text from the hotel staff. The next afternoon two employees in the hallway asked if everything was ok with my room and if I needed anything. Just like before I have never had that kind of response from...

「Wonderful for our visit to Finger Lakes wine country! The home’s deck overlooking Seneca Lake was relaxing. Home was equipped with anything we needed. Comfy beds, kitchen for small meals. Excellent communication with owners. Throughly enjoyed our stay! 」

「The propoerty was just as described on website. Loved the hot tub and the fall scenery couldn't be better. The shops and places to eat were great and the wine tasting and grape pies in Naples were fantastic. Would definitely recommend!!!」
