「Where do I start…. Everything was clean and felt so luxurious. The staff was unbelievably polite, kind, and caring. The grounds are beautiful. The spa is perfect. The amenities are top tier. The food is TRULY farm to table (you can go see the farm on a 5 minute walk if you need proof). Just the perfect weekend getaway. Will definitely stay again, either with a group or just the 2 of us.」

「The cabin was clean, cozy and provided amenities i did not expect from a rustic cabin. The resort was quiet, peaceful and safe. Checking in and out or even asking questions was a bit confusing as there was never anyone in the store/front desk to assist even tho it says open from noon-8, you're just instructed to go to the bar which doesn't open until 11:30am. Check out is 11am tho so i just left the keys on the desk. 」

「My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that. We had a tan handicap tub, urine stained tiles, a counter and sink that looked very old, and old brown cabinets. Needless to say we were...
