「Rooms and common areas need updating. Refrigerator in room was extremely loud. Pillows were terrible. Everything was very clean though and staff was helpful.」

「Hideaway Bay is truly amazing! So peaceful and relaxing. A perfect weekend getaway! We stayed durning Mother’s Day weekend so it was much slower then I assume it would be in the summer. The staff was incredibly attentive- always make sure we had what we needed. If you pass them outside, they are always checking in with you, which i really appreciated it. 「It was a good location and there were restaurants and shops nearby. Very clean and all staff treated us respectfully and went beyond and above. Very impressed.」

「Hotel did not have our Reservation . One was there to check us in. There was no heated pool or breakfast as advertised and paid for. Both Expedia and this Hotel are Horrible. They should not waste customers vacation time just to make a buck. It was not cheap either. 」

「When wr arrived we had an issue and it was taken care of. Our host Tim was very very helpful and understanding and apologetic. Appreciated his concern. Looking forward to staying at Snug Harbor again in the spring if possible. The place is wonderful , had everything we needed. It was clean.would definitely recommend it as it’s our favorite place to stay.」
