The least liked was having two hotels that are advertised as being in Times Square. Of course we went to the wrong one and had to walk with nine pieces of luggage to the correct Riu. "The staff were all very friendly, and the hotel itself was in great shape. I loved my room, it was very comfortable. The only thing I would suggest is to illuminate things a little better; I had a very difficult time reading the numbers in the elevator, and finding my room once I reached my floor because of how dark it is. Beside that, I enjoyed my stay, and would definitely stay at this hotel again."
