"Always great to come back to the Lotte NY Palace for our annual Veterans Day weekend trip. We’ve stayed here for the last four years and will continue. The hotel is in a great location. The double beds seem larger than normal and are comfortable and the rooms are large. The service is always outstanding. A little disappointed that Troubles Trust was closed but was happy walking up to Rarities. See you next year!"

The location was perfect for our visit, as everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The check-in staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again. Quick disclaimer: there are no elevators! We had to take the stairs to our fourth-floor room, which we found amusing. "
