"This was a great value in the heart of New York. Room was big by New York standards. Decor was updated but still kept the original art deco flavor. Bathroom was small but amenities like shampoo and lotion were high quality and water pressure was excellent! Staff was super welcoming, kind, and helpful. Would definitely stay again!"

"Staff were friendly and helpful....except for when I had an issue with no cold water in the shower, fiddled with it for 20 minutes but it was scalding hot. Maintenance guy showed up and wrenched the handle back and forth with way more force than should be required, apparently the mixing valve was stuck. He then proceeded to lecture me on how showers "worked". I know how showers work when they work properly. The tub drain was also very slow so that by the end of the shower I was ankle deep in water and soap sludge. All that said, can't bet the location, all other staff interactions were friendly and helpful. They let us check our bag on arrival so we could hit Times Square until the 4 P.M. check in time, and again on check out day so we could wander around a bitore and have lunch before heading to the airport. Just bad luck getting the room I had I guess, I'd stay at the property again."

"All my staff interactions were very pleasant and they were all helpful and accommodating. Property is clean and well maintained. Only small issue I had was that since I was in a wheelchair the elevator and hallways are a bit small but you can still maneuver through. Loved the fact that they had a wheelchair accessible elevator from the street to the main lobby. Overall experience was pretty good in my book."
