Beautiful hotel with perfect location. The rooftop was breathtaking. Gorgeous view of Empire State building from rooftop and from our room too. Staff were wonderful, we definitely like to come back.

The location and staff are amazing. The room/bed was very comfortable. I had paid more for a hotel nearby and booked this when my flight canceled. I wish I had stayed here throughout the entire trip.

Location is great. Rooms are clean but bathrooms are dated. Our room had the loudest heater that kept us up at night (avoid room 905). And my son’s shoes (~$130) disappeared from the room - the manager said he would get back to us but still no update.

The front desk staff was great. The cleaning staff was a little off putting. Our bathroom had hair in the shower, toilet and the floor when we walked in. We could tell it wasn’t cleaned well. There was a sticker from a child on the floor of the bathroom when we walked in also. The free drink tokens were kind of a waste, we couldn’t even get beer. Location was good.

The staff was courteous. I found the room to be clean but feel crowded since the bed was so huge. My expectations being NY were not high and thus were met. Location for us being on foot was perfect and everthing was 1/2 mile to 1 1/2. We felt safe which was also very important. Also to add it was a straight shot down from Penn station which made a 15 min. Walk to the hotel. If we returned to NY I would recommend this hotel.
