This place is one of the best in NYC NOW. Has a rich history, but is fantastic in all the important ways. Rooms are clean and have a great vibe. 2 fantastic dining options on the property and the hotel bar is great for after dinner meetings. Can’t say enough about it. Was here for 4 nights and will make this my NYC HQ!

Loved the iconic Hotel Chelsea! It is beautiful, classy but also laid back and comfortable. We arrived around 11am expecting to store our luggage for a few hours. To our surprise they had our room ready, and even upgraded us! Everything was perfect and it is now our favorite place to stay in NY!

Most beautiful hotel ever

Went for a show and a weekend to comfort my daughter after our dog died. It was well beyond expectations in terms of service and ambience and surroundings. It’s like a museum- the art si beautifully placed and curated and whoever designed the refurbishing is a genius.

The Hotel Chelsea provides a relaxed luxury experience that feels like a home away from home (only better.) Every staff member (especially front desk staff - hugely accommodating) was warm and friendly. The property itself is iconic - like staying in a museum, and I cannot recommend the bar enough. This is my favorite hotel in New York. The rooms are gorgeous, the bar has great drinks, it's convenient to the subway among endless other places. This past trip was the first time I've returned to the same hotel in New York and it did not disappoint. Such a special place.

Loved the charm of the hotel and the rooms were super cute. The front desk staff left a lot to be desired. After checking in, there was never an instance where they even said hello when arriving back or even passing by to leave. Usually stay at the Dominick in soho and will likely return there. It was a cute place but the hospitality fell flat in that regard.
