「Clean building but needs a waste basket in the bathroom」

「I understand that this on the middle of the city. But this unit was 4 bedrooms that lacked basic items. There were no extra rolls of toilet paper nor paper towels. The kitchen falls short in the following ways: no cloth towel nor washrag, just a sponge; no plastic wrap nor aluminum foil; absolutely nothing in the kitchen to prepare, no mixing bowls, baking dishes, no sharp knives, no cutting board. 「My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...

「Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.」
