「Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.」

「Our family of five was comfortable for sleeping, eating, and lounging. The unit looks exactly as shown in the photos. No surprises. The towels, sheets, and comforters are all new. There was enough bottled water in the frig for our entire stay. 「Location could not be beat! Close to Central Park and subway near by to hit everything. Coffee and convenience stores close by. Living area was great to hang out, but we were mostly there to sleep, recharge and go again and it was perfect for that! Bedrooms were large, well stocked and bathrooms were clean and well lit. AC in each area made it easy to stay comfortable. Noise from upstairs as to be expected with this type of architecture. Would stay again for sure!」

There were some well thought out areas and space was maximized. The house is in a GREAT area that is close to the subway, restaurants, shops and markets. 「Nice location, great communication with the host. The listing is misleading and inaccurate. No stairs disclosed in the listing. 3rd and 4th floor walk up. Narrow stairways, damaged railing to the top floor. Hard to climb with luggage or with any disability. Unit in disrepair. Broken kitchen cabinets, missing lightbulbs, old, ineffective wiring, miss matched beds. The king bed in the matter is actually two mismatched twins on a king frame. Mattresses are actually different thickness/heights.」
