「Expedia has a couple of major things inaccurate information on its website vs. actual property
1. There is no free self parking. I paid $35 for valet parking
2. Check in is at 4PM and not 3PM. Messed up our entire afternoon due to this as we couldn't change for our 4PM dinner with a bunch of friends.
I expect $35 refund due to this parking issue.」

「The location is great BUT! The apartment is horrible! Dirty apartment full of ants. Dirty towels with hols. Non working hair dryer and huge mold stains in the bathroom, and smells like mold. The conditions are absolutely unacceptable! Miss represented listing! I would never recommend this to anyone.」

「Apt as described and pics are accurate. Clean. Cute. Good linens. Kitchen has basic supplies. We ate out. Location is great. Lots food, groc, bars close by and easy access to trains to get around. It’s NYC sized apt (as expected) with a very functional layout. 3 adults worked fine. Front bedroom is on 1st Ave so if you are sensitive to noise or new to NYC bring ear plugs. 「Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.」

「We had a great stay at this townhouse. The location is so convenient: nearby subways and in a great part of town. Perfect for our family of 10. Great price for the amount of space.
