「I've been here four times now,」

「My child participated in the itheatrics camp, and this location was perfect. He felt safe to walk to rehearsal every day and we could easily walk to shows every night. The location is as described in listing. Small kitchen and living space, but bedroom is large. I felt secure accessing and while inside the building. We saved lots of money having a kitchen available to make simple breakfast and lunch. Every night dinner was out and the food in the area is amazing! There are a ton of laundromats...

「Our group enjoyed our stay at this location! The place was very clean, had plenty of towels and glassware for us to use, and the hosts were very responsive when we reached out with any questions. If we ever need to stay in the city again, we would definitely choose to come back here!」

「To Whom It May Concern: 1. Not as advertised 2. Mold in washer 3. Tv not mounted on bedroom wall. Several tv not working and remote 4. Women menstrual pads on floor. 5. I was locked out the apartment when I complained about the damages and false advertisement. 6. Dirty furniture. 7. Nice View.」

「Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.」

「Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.」

「This apartment is fabulous!! My family and I absolutely love it. From the moment we walked in and saw the beautiful NY skyline we knew were going to have a great stay. The unit was very clean, well stocked with necessities, and very comfortable. It felt like home the whole time we were there. The whole property is lovely; and the pool is very nice with the view of the city. We will definitely try to come back to this apartment.」
