「客室は広くて清潔、静かでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで、サービスも良かったです。屋上のレストランの料理も美味しく、イーストリバーを見下ろす展望も素晴らしかったです。」

「部屋はまあ受け入れることができるが、廊下が非常に臭いので部屋まで臭い。シャワートイレは毎日清掃がされている。バスタオルは生乾きの菌が繁殖した匂いがするが5日間交換無し。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていて、交換をお願いしたら出来ないとの回答。電子レンジももちろん壊れていた。 受付スタッフは何も把握していなく、ただ受付をするだけで対応は何もしない。全てにおいてテキトーなのでデポジットが返ってくるか本当に心配。」
