「部屋はまあ受け入れることができるが、廊下が非常に臭いので部屋まで臭い。シャワートイレは毎日清掃がされている。バスタオルは生乾きの菌が繁殖した匂いがするが5日間交換無し。ヘアドライヤーは壊れていて、交換をお願いしたら出来ないとの回答。電子レンジももちろん壊れていた。 受付スタッフは何も把握していなく、ただ受付をするだけで対応は何もしない。全てにおいてテキトーなのでデポジットが返ってくるか本当に心配。」

「Fantastic location. Spacious clean room. Very accommodating - I requested for a baby crib which they said they didn’t have initially but when I got there, it was there.
