I’ve been to NYC many times, this was a great place to stay! Centrally located. Much bigger than anything I’ve rented before- clean- everyone was super friendly and helpful. Jane Doe Restaurant was great.

Best choice

This was the perfect home base for a NYC experience for 4 friends. Great location with a homey feel. Unbelievably convenient parking. Great staff. We could walk everywhere. Perfect!

Perfect location

Nice place, close to everything Small air conditioning in each room , but still vey warm. Noise wasn’t a problem for us, but could see how it could be to others Only a small coffee maker( which still had old coffee in it) and a small microwave Little refrigerator was for leftovers and drinks. Overall it worked and would stay again

Comfortable for 4 but 5 was a Stretch

Can’t beat the location and the place was clean! But this is really a place for two couples or family with 2-3 little kids. We had my elderly parents who got a bed to themselves & then we had to fit me & 2 teens in the king bed. Not ideal but it’s NYC & I know space is limited.
The bar next door which was nice to have a beer at.
The waiting & bag storage area was very comfortable.

Convenient & Centrally Located

Timely communication and apartment was exactly as described. Short walk to Times Square & theater district. Clean and plenty of towels for 4 of us. I regularly sleep with a sleep mask so was not bothered by street lighting and if that is an issue for you I recommend you bring a sleep mask. I would stay her again.

L’appartement est situé dans un très bel immeuble. Il est très bien situé pour rayonner facilement dans Manhattan. L’appartement est très lumineux, pratique pour une famille de 5 personnes. La communication avec le gérant est facile et rapide. Je recommande vivement !!

Très bel appartement, spacieux, même si la salle de bain est un peu exigüe et pas vraiment de kitchenette (uniquement frigo,micro-ondes et cafetière - pas de vaisselle). Très bien placé entre timesquare et 5th avenue. Transports à proximité. Coffee Shop à proximité. Point de chute idéal pour découvrir NYC et se reposer sans se gêner. Water shut off

Great location, nice space to visit with friends. Would be nice to have glasses and utensils in the room. The unexpected water outage, from 9pm until about 10 am the next day, was unacceptable and no one responded or provided any guidance until after the water came back on. Disappointing!

Very much enjoyed our stay in the two bedroom apartment! Great location, loved area bars - Jane Doe’s and Kevin’s and Megan’s on 45. One tip - bring an extension cord for hair tools, phone cords, etc. we would definitely stay here again.

Great spot in a historic building. Surprisingly large for an apartment in NYC with a great layout. Good spot for friends or a family. The building was secure and the place was very quiet. Definitely marking to stay here again!
